CREDIT CARDS
We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Your credit card will only be charged once your order has been dispatched. If you would like to make a return, you will receive the corresponding refund to the original credit card. Your credit card details are transferred via an SSL- encrypted program. We also accept PayPal payments. Once you have placed your order, you will be led directly to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can login to complete payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can login as a guest or alternatively you can create a PayPal account to complete your payment. If you would like to make a return, then the corresponding refund will be transferred to your PayPal account. There are several reasons why a payment isn't accepted. Please make sure that your billing address, shipping address, zip codes, and security codes are correct. In certain instances, a payment will not go through if your billing address and shipping address do not match. Credit cards will be blocked after 3 payment attempts. If your credit card has been blocked, we recommend reaching out to your bank to see what can be causing the issue and if they will be able to help the payment go through. Alternatively, if you would still like to place an order with us we recommend using PayPal. Credit card providers and PayPal reserve the amount to be charged upon the shipment of goods. If you did not receive the confirmation of the order, please check your spam/junk folder for an order confirmation email. If nothing is found, please contact us at store@gotogearup.com to confirm if your order has been successfully received.

MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Gearup reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. The most likely scenarios that will effect your order to not be shipped are: 1) Incomplete address 2) Potentially fraudulent order 3) Any order containing pre-sale item 4) Any order on backorder

OTHER CONDITIONS
These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. Gearup reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.
OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS
We will ship your product as it becomes available. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
RETURNS
Thank you for your order! We hope you're happy with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return.
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order for a refund within 28 days from the date you have received the order. Items must be unused and unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached
We only accept returns from orders placed on gotogearup-marketplace.com.
Please ensure your return meets the following standards:
1) The package must be sent physically from within the Unites States.
2) Items must be unused and unwashed.
3) The product is in its original state and packaging.
4) Apparel has the original tags attached.
5) Gearup will not accept merchandise after 30 days.
6) All merchandise sold on sale is final sale, and cannot be returned unless item received is damaged or incorrect.
7) Returns will only be accepted with an RMA form.
If you would like to make a return, please contact Customer Service to request an RMA form. The return address, along with directions, will be provided with the RMA form upon issuance. Please include the RMA form within the returned shipment. Returns will only be accepted with an RMA form. To request an RMA form, please contact at customerservice@gotogearup.com.
REFUNDS
All refunds will be credited in the method of payment you used on the original purchase. Original shipping costs are unfortunately non- refundable. Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment within 10 business days of when the return has dropped off at the return drop off location. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to post to your account. If 14 working days have passed since the refund notification was sent and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@gotogearup.com. Be aware that if you used a pre-paid credit card, the refund would be automatically issued to the original card. If you used a pre-paid card to make a purchase, please retain the card until you receive your purchase. Some cards are not reloadable, which will prevent us from being able to issue a credit in the event of a return. Shipping charges are not refunded. Seasonal surcharges are not refunded. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place.
Order cancellation policy: We want you to get your order as soon as possible, so we begin processing it immediately after you place it. Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed and shipped Monday until Friday. Orders placed on the weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. All orders shipped at a flat rate cost of $8.99. Estimated delivery time is 1-6 days. Shipping companies do not guarantee a delivery timeframe. Gearup is not responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by weather or natural disasters. We do not ship internationally.
TAXES
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where Gearup holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Gearup shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Gearup shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Gearup will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.
